The Molotov Complex is an international anarkopunk band
based in Utrecht and Amsterdam (Holland).

After two chaotic years and a couple of gigs with The Bastards,
a punk-hardcore band from Utrecht, and an even more chaotic end in December 2004,
Martin (bass, in The Bastards) and Laurent ("one-man band" Urban Blight,
guitar and vocals in The Bastards) decided to keep on together,
forming the Molotov Complex in the beginning of 2005.

After several months of practice with Marjolein at the drums, a 5-song demo and a single gig
in the Kortsluiting in Utrecht in May 2005, Konzy (ex-Mad School) took up the drums
for a while in the place of Marjolein, before Arthur (D-Compose, ex-Matka Teresa,
from Amsterdam) finally joined the Complex in April 2006,
giving a power violence kick to the band.
